MICROBLADING
When you've tried every pencil, powder, pigment, gel, and stencil available and your brows are still sparse, there's microblading, a more permanent fix for thin brows that promises to change your brow-life. I trained with the prestigious, globally recognised Phi Brow Academy in June 2018 and qualified as a Phi Brow Artist 6 months later after months of practice, study, practice and more practice. Phi Brow Academy is renowned for it’s strict training and high standards which is why I chose to study with them.
(what is microblading?)
Microblading is an updated semi-permanent make-up technique where, through manual process of inserting pigment into the upper epidermis of skin, I can create a bespoke, perfect brow shape and thickness for you that lasts up to 24 months.
Unlike a regular tattoo, microblading is a form of tattoo artistry where pigment is implanted under your skin with a manual handheld tool instead of a machine. Hair-like strokes are drawn with a micro blade to mimic natural hairs in your brows, creating a hyperrealistic thickness and shape. This treatment is seriously life-proof. Wake up with your dream brows without having to do sweet FA.
I can’t recommend Sarah enough! I wanted natural looking brows and searched a lot of places but knew Sarah was the one from my initial consultation where she really understood what I wanted from my micro blading! Professional and friendly service throughout the whole process and any after questions I had! I love my new natural brows and get compliments on them all the time!”

“I had my eyebrows microbladed and Sarah is so professional and knowledgeable I felt in very safe hands. My brows had a few gaps and I used to use makeup on them every day. After Sarah had worked her magic they are fuller and so natural I wake up with perfect brows everyday. I love them and would highly recommend Sarah”.

(is it for me?)
Microblading will work for most skin types and is the perfect solution for those who have over-plucked and regrowth, however hard you’ve tried or however many serum and potions you’ve used, just isn’t happening. If your brows are uneven, patchy and you’re fed up with pencilling them in each morning then this is the treatment for you.
It’s not for you if you’ve got oily skin (powder brows are your best bet), you’re pregnant or nursing.
A Doctors is note needed for cancer patients, hemophilia, hepatitis, or diabetes.
(does it hurt?)
Pain is relative. Some feel more than others but overall microblading feels like little scratches. You will feel it, but it's not unbearable. It's not like having a baby or a bikini wax! I prep my patient’s brows with a topical numbing cream and this is topped up throughout the process to dull any discomfort.
“Excellent, as always! The attention to detail, making me feel at easy and giving great after care advice - definitely recommend Sarah for piercing and microblading (especially if you're feeling nervous about them!). I LOVE my eyebrows and new piercings so much”.

“I was a bit nervous about getting my eyebrows microbladed as there are lots of examples out there of people not knowing what they are doing. I was very lucky to find Sarah. She is very talented and she did an excellent job to my patchy brows. Just what I wanted. They are beautiful and natural. I would recommend Sarah to anyone wanting microblading. Thanks Sarah! You are an artist!”

(how long does it take?)
Microblading takes anywhere between 2 to 3 hours. This includes the all- important process of brow-mapping where I create the perfect brow shape for you based on your facial morphology, using ‘the golden ratio’ to ensure the front, arch and tail are positioned perfectly. I also use a measuring app, exclusive to Phi Brow Artists to guarantee 100% accuracy and facial symmetry.
(how long does it last?)
The effects can last up to 12-24 months, depending on skin types, after which the pigment fades leaving the skin and your natural brows as they were or at the most a slight shadow from where the micro bladed strokes were.
(preparation is key)
There are some things you need to avoid before having your treatment, namely, anything that will thin out your blood. If you drink a lot, take aspirin, or use retinol you’ll need to stop one week before your treatment. Profuse bleeding pushes out pigment having a detrimental effect on your brow retention. It’s advisable to avoid blood thinners, aspirin and limit anything caffeinated or alcoholic during the healing process before your 6 week top-up.
(how much does it cost?)
Cost is £300.00 which includes your consultation, 4-6 week top-up appointment and continued pre and aftercare support
from S Nice Beauty.
Please contact me on 07725807227 or snicebeauty@gmail.com to arrange your consultation (£25 which is deductible from the total treatment cost if booked). A 50% deposit is needed to secure your microblading booking - deductible from the total treatment cost.
